Terms and conditions
Weekly
bookings are from Saturday arriving between 4pm - 9pm to the
following Saturday departing between 10 am - 11am to facilitate
cleaning etc.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a £50.00 booking
deposit.
Please note - booking deposit is used as damage bond, which will
be returned to you at the end of your stay providing no damage has
occurred.
Booking deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
The number of guests stated on the booking form must not be
exceeded without the proprietors permission.
All
cottage contents and must be left in a clean and tidy condition
when departing or breakage and damages bond will be retained.

The
proprietor is not responsible for any loss of valuables or items
left behind whilst staying at the Garden House Cottage.
Pets - well-behaved pets are welcome. You are advised to bring a
pet basket with bedding to ensure protection of furniture. Any
additional cleaning of pet hair or dog excretion will incur an
extra cleaning fee of £20.00 on top of your damage bond at the
end of your stay.
No exceptions!
Sorry bookings will not be accepted from hen parties and stag
nights.
Full payment to be recieved one week prior to arrival. Credit and debit accepted only
through Paypal on the rates and booking page of this site.
Otherwise cheques are to be made payable to Denis Rush.
